This little guy was such a pleasure to photograph!  He was so cooperative through family pictures, classic awake baby portraits, and slept like a charm. He was right at 6 weeks when he came for his newborn session.  I was in awe of his beautiful head of hair.

I love the simplicity of this classic Newborn session.  This baby boy was a month old before doing his portraits, but was so laid back and slept like a champ through his session!  Big brother was so well behaved and we were able to capture some timeless images of the brothers together in their heirloom clothing.

Mother's Day Classic Sessions {Birmingham, AL Children's and Family Photographer}

Family members are our children's heritage.  More than some trinket we leave behind, our children will want photographs of each of us together to visually remember the love we shared for one another.

We celebrate and honor our Mother's during the month of May, so it is a great time to get the generational portrait that you have been putting off.  Consider setups with Mother/Children, Grandmother/Grandchildren, Husband/Wife, Individual Children. I will have the classic black background available during the month of May.  I only have a few limited dates and times available, so contact me ASAP to get your session booked.  For $300 you will get a 30 minute custom session with all requested family setups, an 11x14 ready for framing and 5 digital images with rights to print and share as many prints with the family as you would like.  (Over $700 value)

If digital images aren't for you, and you just want a couple of good prints of your family together I will be offering 15 minute Lil' Classic Sessions, on Saturday, May 11, for $35 and no print minimum.  Special print packages will only be available on this day. These times will fill up FAST!

I am so glad this sweet little guy was able to come back and see me while he was in town this Spring for his 6 month pictures.  It is so much fun to watch this age baby sit, play, and interact with you.  They are so proud of all the new things they are discovering.

6 Month Smiles {Hoover, AL Baby Photographer}

This is one of my Lil' Sprout Babies that recently came for her 6 month portrait session.  She looks so sweet wearing her Easter dress and other Spring dresses.  Big sister even got in on the action with her cute Matilda Jane outfit and my coordinating background.  I look forward to her 1 year session when we can capture the whole family together.

Tickled Pink {Hoover, AL Baby and Children's Photographer}

I loved getting to see this little cutie again for her 8 month session.  She was full of expressions!  She was definitely a fan of the pink tutu and peek-a-boo. It is hard to believe 1 year is just right around the corner.

This was another one of my sweet February newborns. Miss. A is just as beautiful as her mother and we had a great session together.  Miss. A has one of the prettiest nurseries done in a gray, white, and pink color scheme.  I was very impressed with the hand painted damask wall that Mom painted behind her crib.  We put together a beautiful framed wall collection with some of the favorite images from her newborn session to hang above her crib.

This sweetheart was born on Valentine's Day. I can't think of a sweeter birthday. The heart bowl was a must have for her customized newborn session.  I know this Mom must be loving all the sweet pink items that have entered their home. I look forward to watching Miss. P grow this next year.

Lil' Angel Sessions {Birmingham, AL Children's and Baby Photographer}

It was such an honor to hold the Lil' Angels Sessions at my studio during the month of February to benefit the family of Charlotte Hampton, who has been recently diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  This 7 month old has such an upbeat spirit and a family who is by her side to support her at home in the coming months.  I enjoyed getting to meet so many people this month that have been following Charlotte's Story on Facebook and have been just as touched as I have by reading her mother's posts.

I wanted to share a few favorites from these recent sessions.  Each session had so many sweet images, it  is hard to narrow it down to just a few to share.  I love this set so much, I'm sure you will be seeing it more in the future!
